Celebrating

Two daughters. Two summer birthdays. Two concerts. Two nights. Two music genres. Two weather patterns. Equally memorable times with our kids!

We just shared earlier this week that we were at a Parker McCollum concert in South Carolina with Olivia for her 17th birthday. Well, last night for Bela’s actual 19th birthday, we surprised her with tickets to see 3 Doors Down and Candlebox in concert at the same South Carolina venue.

Modern country artist for one daughter, while grunge/alternative artists’ 20th and 30th anniversary tours, respectively, for the other. Hot and humid on Saturday night, and pouring rain and windy last night due to remnants from Idalia moving over the region.

While these two concert experiences and our daughters we were celebrating couldn’t be farther from the same, one thing is for certain. We absolutely love spending quality one-on-one time with our kids and are so grateful we embraced experiences as gifts a number of years ago!

We also love that we’ve embraced our Unbinded Life and, in turn, have taught them to do the same!
