Happy Anniversary

Tonight we celebrate our 23rd wedding anniversary. According to our kids, we are old. Some days we believe and feel that. Other days it feels like we are still those very young twenty-somethings standing nervously at the alter saying “I do” and committing to sharing our lives and our dreams.

If our younger selves could see us today, I think they would be so proud of us. I think they would be in awe of the incredible family we’ve raised. I think they would be ecstatic with the fact that we live in a historic home just the way we dreamed we would. And I think they would love the love that Brandon and I still share today.

This marriage, this life, has been one of our greatest gifts. So grateful we are doing this life together!
